Include the time you should take Phentermine and leave a box beside it so you can check it off every day. Keep your diary handy where you can see it at all times so you don’t forget to make entries in it throughout the day. Also, importantly, you need to take Phentermine on any empty stomach. You’ll have to figure out when that time occurs for you.
Now, some people have problems with taking Phentermine on an empty stomach, so they opt to have breakfast first. Usually, they have a light breakfast such as cereal with milk and a decaf coffee. Then they wait 2 hours to take Phentermine. So, if you have a light breakfast at around 9 am, then you can take Phentermine around 10:30 to 11:00 am. This particularly works well for people who have a late dinner, say somewhere around 8 to 9 pm.
It has been suggested that you don’t take Phentermine after 5 pm or so because of its natural stimulating ability, it will keep you awake at night.
Your meals can vary on a daily basis, but you should take in few calories. Each meal should be around 300 to 400 calories. Make sure to take in lean protein sources, high quality fats and low sugar foods. For example, lean protein sources can come from fish such as salmon, tuna, mackerel, sardines and anchovies. Not only are these lean protein sources but they are also high in healthy fats such as omega-3s. Salads are good to go with lean protein sources but keep them simple. Some Romaine lettuce is always nice with a couple of cherry tomatoes.
You can have some carbs but limit your choices to brown/wild rice and whole grain bread. Sweet potatoes are excellent if kept in small portions. Plan your meals out for a week at a time and write them in your food diary.
Perhaps a few green or black olives. Keep the dressing simple by using organic olive oil and balsamic vinegar. These are good for you as well. Remember to make changes to the meals you’ve planned if you altered the content in any way. Taking Phentermine and sticking to your daily menus should help you to achieve your weight loss goals.
